Types of Gifts Accepted

One of the core functions of the Kingdom Builder Foundation is to be an organization that seeks the Lord's guidance for wisdom through prayer. Our commitment to all donors is to prayerfully support you as you determine what your gift should be. Once you have made your decision, the Kingdom Builder Foundation will gratefully receive such gifts as:

• Personal Residence
• Commercial Real Estate
• Unimproved Property
• Art

• Retirement Plan Assets
• Life Insurance Policy with Cash Value
• Farm or Ranch
• Patents, Royalties, Copyrights
• Collectibles and Other Tangible Personal Property

The Foundation will convert all non-cash gifts, such as highly appreciated stock or property, to cash as soon as possible and invest the proceeds in the professionally managed Foundation investment portfolio.

All gifts are tax deductible.
